Role Description
This is a full-time, for an EvalExpert Account Manager located in Sydney or Melbourne Australia. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clients' needs are met. The role includes providing support while upselling new features.
Qualifications
- Account management, client relations, and customer service skills
- Experience in delivering training and providing support
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar Business Development roles servicing the automotive industry
- Ability to collect and analyse feedback for product improvement
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
