AlgoDriven is accelerating our AI roadmap and we’re hiring a hands-on AI Engineer who can build, evaluate, optimise, and deploy Large Language Model (LLM) solutions across our suite of automotive SaaS products.

This is not a research-only role — it’s a production-focused AI engineering position combining:

✔ LLM API integration

✔ Agentic frameworks (Node-based)

✔ Prompt design & multi-step instructions

✔ Evals & fine-tuning

✔ Inference optimisation (Groq, HuggingFace, Replicate)

✔ Node.js backend integration

✔ React frontend integration

✔ Optional: PHP backend support

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and optimise LLM-driven product features using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, HuggingFace
• Architect agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain.js, LangGraph.js, and custom Node-based orchestrators
• Develop tools, actions, memory strategies, and multi-step reasoning flows
• Write high-quality instruction sets, structured markdowns, and multi-role prompts
• Build Evals for regression testing, quality scoring, hallucination reduction
• Create and manage datasets for fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA)
• Optimise inference using Groq, quantisation, batching, caching
• Build backend API routes in Node.js for AI-powered features
• Contribute to front-end React components and integrations
• Work with product, backend, QA, and data teams to deploy AI features into production
• Maintain LLM feature analytics: cost, latency, quality, performance

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• 1–2+ years hands-on LLM or AI engineering
• Strong Node.js experience is required
• Experience with agentic frameworks or building custom agents (LangChain.js, LangGraph.js, or similar)
• Experience with inference providers (Groq, HuggingFace, AWS Bedrock, Replicate)
• Experience building Evals and structured prompt frameworks
• Experience fine-tuning Llama, Mistral, or similar models
• Solid understanding of prompt optimisation, context strategies, and structured output
• Front-end experience with React
• Optional: ability to make minor contributions to PHP backends
• Strong communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration
• Bonus: automotive data, vector DBs, LangGraph experience, or multi-agent tooling
