🚀 Full Stack Team Lead (React + PHP)

New Products Team | In Office (JLT, Dubai) | A-Players Only

We’re hiring a serious builder.

This is not a maintenance role.

This is not a “ticket executor” role.

You will lead a small remote team building new SaaS products, AI modules and core features from scratch.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end product design → spec → build → test → launch
• React frontend (modern architecture, clean state management)
• PHP backend (APIs, data modelling, performance)
• Some Node.js services where appropriate
• Technical leadership of a small remote team (2-3 engineers)
• Shipping fast without breaking quality
• Working hands-on with the company's founder and board level executives

You will code. A lot.

You will lead.

You will be accountable for delivery.

What We Expect

• Strong React in production environments
• Strong PHP nad MySQL backend
• Experience architecting scalable systems
• Managed small remote teams
• Comfortable making decisions without layers of approval
• Startup mindset (speed > bureaucracy)
• Already using AI tools daily (Cursor, Copilot, GPT, etc.)
