AlgoDriven is hiring a Backend / Full-Stack Engineer for our Dubai office.

We build B2B SaaS products for the automotive industry, helping dealers, OEMs, banks, and fleet companies make better vehicle decisions using data, automation, and AI.

We are looking for someone strong in PHP and/or Node.js, ideally with React experience, who has worked on real SaaS or B2B applications and is comfortable using AI tools day-to-day to move faster.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations
• Work across PHP, Node.js, MySQL, Firebase/AWS, and React
• Improve existing SaaS product features used by automotive businesses
• Integrate with third-party platforms, data providers, and internal AI workflows
• Work closely with product, data, and customer-facing teams
• Use AI tools to speed up development, testing, debugging, and documentation

What we’re looking for

• Strong backend experience in PHP and/or Node.js
• Experience building B2B SaaS applications
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, queues, cloud services, and production systems
• React / frontend experience is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working with AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.
• Practical, product-minded engineer who can ship reliable features
• Based in Dubai or willing to work from our Dubai office

Nice to have

• Automotive, fintech, marketplace, pricing, inspection, or data platform experience
• AWS, Firebase, Docker, MySQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
• Experience modernising legacy PHP systems
• Experience with AI-assisted product features or data workflows
