Altibbi is the first and largest platform in the Arab region that offers telemedicine consultation services, allowing patients to connect directly with doctors via audio calls and chats.

The candidate must consistently demonstrate full compliance with all professional standards relevant to this role, while adhering to regulations, policies, and procedures governing the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all information under their responsibility.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Oversee and evaluate medical consultations conducted on the platform, ensuring compliance with the most current clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
• Provide personalized, one-on-one mentorship to physicians, targeting identified areas for clinical improvement and professional growth as guided by the medical quality team.
• Design and deliver structured medical training programs for the platform’s active physician network, fostering continuous professional development and maintaining high standards of clinical competence.
• Collaborate in the assessment and implementation of new telehealth services, ensuring all initiatives align with established clinical guidelines, regulatory standards, and patient safety priorities.

Part time/Expert Doctor requirements:

• Board-certified Family Physician
• ≥ 5 years post-specialization experience
• Preference for educational experience
• Strong written clinical communication skills (English + Arabic if applicable)
• Ability to provide structured feedback within defined SLAs
• Time management skills.
• Must have access to a personal laptop.
