Role Overview
A Product Manager is responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading
the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. This role involves
managing the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution,
ensuring that the product delivers value to both the business and its users.
The Product Manager translates customer needs and business goals into clear
product requirements and works closely with engineering, design, marketing, and
other teams to bring those products to life.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company strategy and user needs.
● Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to inform product decisions.
● Write clear product requirements and user stories to guide development efforts.
● Prioritize product features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and alignment with goals.
● Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
● Monitor product performance and iterate based on data, testing, and feedback.
● Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on market developments.
● Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.
● Ensure timely and efficient product delivery using agile methodologies
● Support product launches with go-to-market planning and coordination.
● Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices, including data privacy and security.
● Collaborate on AI-powered feature development and ensure alignment with clinical or user-facing requirements.
Key Skills and Competencies:
● Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
● User-centric mindset and experience with UX best practices.
● Proficiency in product management tools
(e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Trello).
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● Analytical skills to interpret data and user feedback for product decisions.
● Familiarity with telehealth platforms, AI assistants, or chronic disease management workflows is a strong plus.
● Arabic language proficiency is preferred to support user testing and market adaptation.
Qualifications and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● 3–5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
● Experience working in agile environments.
● Proven track record of launching successful digital products.
● Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or consumer technology products is a plus.
● Experience in health tech, digital health platforms, or telemedicine is a plus.
● Fluency in Arabic is an advantage, particularly for
user research and localization.
