Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling copy for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, email newsletters, product descriptions, blogs, and other promotional materials.
  • Write engaging headlines, taglines, and call-to-action statements to drive conversions.

Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all written materials adhere to the brand’s tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure visuals and copy are cohesive.
  • Work on creating a solid tone of voice that matches the brand identity

Research & Insights

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback to refine messaging.
  • Monthly visits to our retailer & suppliers

SEO Optimization

  • Implement SEO best practices in digital content to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
  • Use relevant keywords strategically to enhance search rankings.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, design, , Social media, digital media ,CRM and product teams to create impactful campaigns and materials.
  • Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for new ideas and creative strategies with the marketing & product team.
  • Engage with other department for copywriting requests

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in copywriting or content creation.
  • Portfolio showcasing diverse examples of past work (e.g., digital ads, blogs, campaigns).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO practices.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, including social media and email marketing.
  • Creativity with an ability to think outside the box and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
