- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with ''accounts stakeholders' key senior-level decision-makers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus.
- Research and identify potential strategic partners aligned with Cartona's strategic objectives and target market segments.
- Identify, develop, and typically close new sales opportunities.
- Create demand for the Cartona's products and services..
- Achieve revenue targets by increasing the GMV per account.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management 'accounts stakeholders' to understand their needs and link 'match' them to the Cartona's product/service strategies.
- Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationships and solve operational issues between Suppliers, restaurants and company 'to maintain high service levels'
- Provide quarterly reviews to partners to showcase the areas of growth and areas of potential improvement.
- Work internally with the various departments to ensure all requirements of the brand are met.

- Update and maintain a track record of all activities related to the brand through Excel and our system.
To excel in this role, you possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Having previous experience in Wholesale is a must
