What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with ''accounts stakeholders' key senior-level decision-makers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus.
  • Research and identify potential strategic partners aligned with Cartona's strategic objectives and target market segments.
  • Identify, develop, and typically close new sales opportunities.
  • Create demand for the Cartona's products and services..
  • Achieve revenue targets by increasing the GMV per account.
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management 'accounts stakeholders' to understand their needs and link 'match' them to the Cartona's product/service strategies.
  • Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationships and solve operational issues between Suppliers, restaurants and company 'to maintain high service levels'
  • Provide quarterly reviews to partners to showcase the areas of growth and areas of potential improvement.
  • Work internally with the various departments to ensure all requirements of the brand are met.
  • collaborate cross-functionally with different internal departments to execute
  • Update and maintain a track record of all activities related to the brand through Excel and our system.

Who You Are

To excel in this role, you possess the following qualities and qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Having previous experience in Wholesale is a must
