- Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on operational performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost management to optimize resource allocation.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data analysis and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in operations, business management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and operations management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and best practices is a plus.
