Job Summary

The Performance Manager is responsible for driving data-informed strategies to enhance operational performance, optimize processes, and achieve business targets. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, leadership of performance associates and analysts, and the use of advanced analytics and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create timely reports and presentations (PPT) to support the business decision-making process.
  • Initiate and lead data-driven quality improvement strategies focused on underperforming metrics.
  • Develop, implement, and follow up on corrective action plans to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Identify performance gaps, dropped metrics, and operational weaknesses; ensure root cause analysis and proper documentation of resolution plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of performance associates and analysts to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries and dashboards to support reporting and analysis needs.
  • Promote and foster a data-driven culture within the team and across the organization.
  • Cascade team goals into actionable objectives for subteam members, ensuring alignment and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in performance management, data analytics, or a similar field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization/dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
