As we continue to scale, we're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and growth-oriented Upper Egypt Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion across Upper Egypt.

This is a pivotal leadership role for someone ready to drive growth, open new markets, and build and manage high-performing commercial teams.

Location: Based in Upper Egypt

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive onboarding and daily acquisition of large numbers of retail shops on the Cartona app.
  • Lead and manage unit managers across upper Egypt cities.
  • Develop and execute localized growth plans for each city and town in Upper Egypt.
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, OKRs) for each location.
  • Collaborate with performance, finance, marketing, and product teams to align regional goals.
  • Analyze market dynamics in Upper Egypt and provide actionable insights for growth and retention.
  • Lead strategic market analysis across Upper Egypt to uncover growth opportunities and retention drivers, delivering data-driven, actionable insights.
  • Achieve monthly targets through increasing share of business with existing/new suppliers
  • Own supplier acquisition and onboarding strategy, managing a dedicated field team to identify, engage, and successfully integrate new suppliers into the Cartona platform.
  • Foster strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers, proactively resolving issues between stakeholders and maintaining operational harmony.
  • Maintain continuous business relationship with our suppliers and resolve operational issues between retailers/suppliers and company
  • Responsible for ensuring business growth for the account once it is associated with Cartona by guiding them through various strategies
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to maximize their success within the Cartona platform.
  • Oversee payment collection from wholesalers and ensure healthy cash flow operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, or FMCG with exposure to B2B or retail tech
  • Proven track record in team leadership and market expansion.
  • Highly data-driven and comfortable with reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Upper Egypt markets is a strong advantage.
  • Proven record of building and scaling high-performing teams across Upper Egypt.
