Our aim is to enable retailers by providing them with easy price comparison, exclusive offers and seamless ordering and fulfillment experience through digitizing the traditional trade market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily dispatch operations to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries.
• Manage and coordinate delivery fleets and delivery reps, ensuring optimal routing and resource utilization.
• Track and report on delivery performance, order fulfillment rates, and fleet productivity.
• Communicate effectively with warehouses, drivers, and customer service teams to resolve delays and operational issues.
• Support in the development of logistics strategies that reduce cost and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain delivery data accuracy and assist in preparing performance and cost reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work long and dynamic hours depending on operational demands.
