About The Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be more than just a recruiter. You’ll be a talent advisor to our business leaders, a project owner for critical hires, and a key player in shaping our hiring strategies and employer brand.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across critical and senior roles, both tech & non-tech.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers — advising on job design, market insights, and pipeline planning.
• Own talent pipelines and proactively build pools for future hiring needs.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize our hiring experience.
• Utilize data and metrics to report on recruitment performance and suggest actionable insights.
• Contribute to employer branding campaigns, career events, and sourcing strategies.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters when needed.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including experience hiring for senior or niche roles.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into action.
