As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be more than just a recruiter. You’ll be a talent advisor to our business leaders, a project owner for critical hires, and a key player in shaping our hiring strategies and employer brand.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across critical and senior roles, both tech & non-tech.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers — advising on job design, market insights, and pipeline planning.
- Own talent pipelines and proactively build pools for future hiring needs.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize our hiring experience.
- Utilize data and metrics to report on recruitment performance and suggest actionable insights.
- Contribute to employer branding campaigns, career events, and sourcing strategies.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters when needed.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including experience hiring for senior or niche roles.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into action.
