Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Cartona’s marketing activities across Retailers, Suppliers(wholesalers and FMCG companies), Horeca, and enterprise, covering both online and offline channels.

The role involves strategic planning, digital marketing, social media, PR, event management, and budget control to drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Define and set yearly OKRs for the marketing department, translating them into monthly targets and actionable plans.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for retailers and suppliers across digital and offline channels.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and identify new opportunities.
  • Establish a feedback and optimization loop by reviewing campaign performance and market shifts to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Lead the strategy, content planning, and performance optimization of Cartona’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and execute monthly digital marketing plans, including performance ad campaigns, aligned with KPIs and OKRs to drive reach, engagement, follower growth, and measurable conversions.
  • Set and monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and cost efficiency to assess campaign effectiveness.

Content Marketing & Educational Hub

  • Lead the creation of Cartona’s educational content hub, including videos, articles, and tutorials designed to educate retailers and suppliers about the platform’s services, features, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with platform features and campaigns.

Brand & Creative Management

  • Oversee Cartona’s brand and visual identity, ensuring all designs, creatives, and marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives.

Offline Marketing & Event Management

  • Plan and execute offline activations, events, and on-ground campaigns to support retailer and supplier engagement.
  • Collaborate with agencies to manage event production, branding, and execution, ensuring quality and impact.

Public Relations & CRM Coordination

  • Handle PR initiatives including media coordination, press releases, and corporate communication.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to align on monthly offers, loyalty campaigns, and customer engagement plans.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing management, ideally in B2B, e-commerce, or tech platforms.
  • Proven experience in handling 360 campaigns and offline event management.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, design principles, and the ability to guide creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Strong budget management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiar with Meta Ads & performance marketing analytics
  • Excellent, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with PR, CRM, and performance marketing is a plus.
