Job Overview

As a Customer Service Intern at Cartona, you will support the customer service team in handling customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in customer support operations, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques. You will have the opportunity to learn how to handle calls, manage inquiries, and use CRM tools in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Customer Service team in handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Support in providing customers with product information, order status, and company services.
  • Help in documenting customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the system.
  • Shadow experienced agents to learn effective problem-solving and communication techniques.
  • Follow up with customers under the supervision of senior agents to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop service skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate student or fresh graduate (Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good problem-solving mindset and ability to stay positive in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous internship or volunteering experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
