What You Will Do

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision-makers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus.
- Research and identify potential strategic partners aligned with Cartona's strategic objectives and target market segments.
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities.
- Create demand for Cartona's products and services.
- Achieve revenue targets by increasing the GMV per account.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and match them to Cartona's product/service strategies.
- Provide excellent service and support to build strong relationships and solve operational issues between suppliers, restaurants, and the company to maintain high service levels.
- Provide quarterly reviews to partners to showcase growth areas and potential improvements.
- Work internally with various departments to ensure all requirements of the brand are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with different internal departments to execute strategies.
- Update and maintain a track record of all activities related to the brand through Excel and our system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing new key accounts.
- Strong ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Solid negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on business growth and increasing GMV.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle challenges quickly and effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the market or business needs.
