Job Summary
We are seeking a BNPL Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving demand growth and achieving key performance metrics related to our BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) product, including GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), BNPL adoption, repayment rates, and active customer base. The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven strategies to identify opportunities for BNPL growth, create innovative campaigns to boost adoption, and improve retailer engagement. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires a strong focus on analyzing BNPL demand KPIs, conducting A/B tests, optimizing marketing efforts, and working closely with sales and product teams to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

- Lead BNPL growth initiatives to achieve GMV, active base, and BNPL adoption targets.
- Identify new opportunities and growth hacks to increase BNPL usage across retailers.
- Monitor BNPL demand KPIs and analyze retailer behavior to enhance adoption and repayment performance.
- Develop and execute a BNPL growth strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive BNPL-specific initiatives.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaigns, improve BNPL conversion rates, and reduce default rates.
- Work closely with the sales team to educate retailers, increase BNPL uptake, and improve customer retention.
- Monitor and report on BNPL-specific KPIs (adoption, repayment, churn, usage frequency) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with fintech and BNPL market trends and recommend best practices for growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in growth, fintech, or payments (BNPL experience preferred).
- Proven track record of driving growth for financial technology products.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team.
