This role requires someone passionate about headhunting, recruitment, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our teams across different departments while ensuring we attract and retain top talent that drives our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Commercial, Tech, and Support departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design effective talent strategies.
- Source, headhunt, and engage top talent through diverse channels (LinkedIn, referrals, events, and networks).
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment process.
- Manage and enhance the candidate experience from application to offer.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position Cartona as an employer of choice.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve efficiency and quality of hire.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within fast-growing or tech-driven companies.
- Strong experience in headhunting and filling mid-to-senior-level roles.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and talent market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about people, culture, and delivering great candidate experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
