Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our People & Culture team. This role requires someone passionate about headhunting, recruitment, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our teams across different departments while ensuring we attract and retain top talent that drives our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Commercial, Tech, and Support departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design effective talent strategies.
  • Source, headhunt, and engage top talent through diverse channels (LinkedIn, referrals, events, and networks).
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment process.
  • Manage and enhance the candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position Cartona as an employer of choice.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve efficiency and quality of hire.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within fast-growing or tech-driven companies.
  • Strong experience in headhunting and filling mid-to-senior-level roles.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and talent market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about people, culture, and delivering great candidate experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
