We are looking for an energetic and organized People and Admin Coordinator to support daily office operations, front-desk activities, and mass recruitment initiatives.
This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with around 0 - 1 year of experience in administration, reception, recruitment, or a similar role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome employees, candidates, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains organized and presentable.
  • Receive and coordinate incoming and outgoing documents, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support visitor access and meeting room arrangements when required.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to different teams when needed.
  • Maintain office records, documents, trackers, and filing systems.
  • Support office supply monitoring and coordinate requests with the relevant teams.
  • Support the organization of employee engagement activities, events, and internal initiatives.
  • Support high-volume recruitment activities for mass hiring positions.
  • Contact and screen candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Schedule interviews and send interview confirmations and reminders to candidates.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding daily interview schedules, candidate attendance, and hiring updates.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Around 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, administration, reception, or a related role.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
  • Professional appearance and communication style.
  • Comfortable communicating with a high volume of candidates through calls and messages.
  • Good English communication skills are preferred.
