The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and converting leads into sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, maintaining accurate CRM records, and consistently achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact potential and existing customers to offer installment-based products
• Explain installment plans, pricing, and payment terms clearly
• Assist customers in choosing the best payment option based on their needs
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally
• Achieve monthly sales targets

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree
• 1-2 years of Previous experience in sales or telesales is preferred
• Previous experience in the same filed or financial services is preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
