Role Overview:

As Partnerships Development Manager –Saudi, you will play a pivotal role in driving Classera’s partner-led growth strategy across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Your primary responsibility is to build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with key partners in the public and private sectors, including semi-government entities (e.g., Elm, Theqa), Telecom providers (e.g., STC, Zain), Government and International institutions (e.g., SDAIA, DGA, UNESCO RCQE, ), and the broader EdTech and Training ecosystem.

This role demands a relationship-driven leader with strong business development experience, capable of activating joint business opportunities that contribute to Classera’s expansion in both the education and corporate training sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships across Saudi Arabia, with additional responsibilities in Kuwait, Qatar and the UAE.
  • Lead engagement with national digital transformation entities such as SDAIA (Saudi Data and AI Authority) and DGA (Digital Government Authority).
  • Work with EdTech partnerships Dept. to develop strategic relationships within the EdTech and Training ecosystem in Saudi to unlock collaborative opportunities and drive adoption of Classera solutions.
  • Cultivate partnerships with semi-government entities (e.g., Elm, Theqa) and telecom providers (e.g., STC, Zain) to co-develop joint value propositions and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Align internal teams to support partnership execution, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership cycle: from opportunity identification to contracting, launch, and growth.
  • Align with Saudi 2030 vision to initiate CSR and Commercial partnerships in Education and Training leveraging Classera solutions.
  • Track partner-influenced pipeline, and support co-branded campaigns and solution bundling.
  • Represent Classera in key industry events and forums related to education, training, and digital transformation in Saudi and the GCC.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5–7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem engagement, ideally in EdTech, SaaS,or a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong experience working with semi-government and public sector entities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Existing relationships or proven ability to engage with SDAIA, DGA, and related digital initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi education and training landscape, including corporate and governmental programs.
  • Proven ability to form and execute joint business initiatives and co-selling strategies.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and occasionally to the broader GCC region.
