Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the partner success team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Develop strategies to enhance partner engagement and success with Classera’s offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
• Analyze partner data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align partner success initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.

• Experience in partner success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the education or technology sector.
