Job Purpose:

The Channel Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and market reach. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners, setting channel sales strategies, monitoring partner performance, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong relationship management, analytical, and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of channel sales models.

Role Responsibility:

  • Create and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide partners with training, resources, and ongoing support to maximize their performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure partner success and alignment with company objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience required:
