Role Overview
The UX/UI Design Lead is responsible for leading the design strategy and execution for digital products
across web and mobile platforms. This role ensures that all user experiences are visually consistent, and
aligned with business goals while maintaining high usability standards.
Responsibilities
● Lead and mentor the UX/UI design team, providing guidance and feedback.
● Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to define product requirements.
● Identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
● Oversee the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
● Ensure all interfaces follow UX guidelines, design frameworks, documentation, accessibility,
responsiveness, and usability standards.
● Maintain consistency with the product design system and component library.
● Review delivered features to ensure they meet UX and UI standards.
● Participate in product planning.
● Review and approve design outputs before development.
● Track design performance through analytics and user feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 8+ years experience in UX/UI Design
● 5+ years experience in leading or managing design teams
● Strong expertise in UX methodologies and user-centered design
● Advanced skills in Figma, Figma make, Design system, Adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator,or similar design tools
● Experience designing web and mobile applications
● Strong understanding of design systems and scalable UI frameworks
● Experience with usability testing and user research Soft Skills
● Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management
● Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills
● Ability to balance user needs and business goals
