Role Overview:

Classera is looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to support the global sales organization through training, content, tools, and process optimization. This role will focus on equipping Classera’s sales teams (direct, channel, and SDR) with the knowledge, resources, and capabilities they need to sell more effectively and consistently, especially across the education and training verticals. A core part of this role will also involve improving pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy through better data discipline and sales process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Onboarding

· Design and manage onboarding programs for new sales hires to accelerate ramp-up time.

· Deliver ongoing training on Classera’s products, value propositions, messaging, buyer personas, and competitive landscape.

· Facilitate certifications and coaching sessions to improve sales team knowledge and selling skills.

Sales Content & Collateral

· Collaborate with product marketing and product teams to create and maintain up-to-date sales content, including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and competitive analysis sheets.

· Ensure content is easily accessible, aligned to the buyer journey, and tailored for different segments (e.g., K–12, corporate training, government).

Process, Tools & Data Discipline

· Define, implement, and train teams on best-practice sales workflows within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).

· Train and support the sales team on the effective use of sales tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, outreach tools, proposal generators).

· Drive pipeline hygiene by ensuring data completeness, opportunity stage accuracy, and adherence to entry/exit criteria.

· Improve forecast accuracy by enabling frontline managers and reps to track key deal health signals, update forecasts consistently, and follow a structured forecasting cadence.

Performance Monitoring & Feedback:

· Track adoption and impact of enablement programs on metrics such as pipeline conversion, sales cycle, and quota attainment.

· Collect feedback from sales reps and managers to refine and evolve enablement initiatives.

· Support sales managers with tools, dashboards, and insights to coach reps and improve forecast precision.

Required Qualifications:

· 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales training, ideally within a SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise software environment.

· Proven understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline stages, and forecasting methodologies.

· Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Gong, Seismic).

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.

· Fluent in English & Arabic.

Preferred Attributes:

· Knowledge of the education and training industries, especially within emerging markets.

· Experience working across sales roles (SDRs, AEs, Channel) and collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success).

· Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and comfort with reporting and performance metrics.

· Self-starter with a passion for process improvement and sales excellence.
