Partner Success Supervisor (Activation Supervisor)

The activation supervisor will work with the schools/educational institutions to implement the activation plan agreed upon with the school/educational institution and under the supervision of the Partners Success Manager

(Activation Manager) and in close cooperation with the General Manager of the Partners Success Department in order to achieve the digital transformation of the school and activate the full system services and creativity and innovation in their employment. It will also work to provide initial support to schools and train all roles in the system on their tasks and ways to implement them, while setting targets to increase activation rates.

The junior activation supervisor will work to activate all initiatives, competitions and activities with schools, market them and follow up on their implementation. In addition to supporting marketing in bringing new contracts and opportunities.

Job duties for the position of Partner Success Supervisor (Activation Supervisor)

· Striving to achieve the supervisor’s performance indicators

· Commitment to applying activation management standards in all activities and events and in

the application of services and products.

· Direct supervision of the schools assigned to it.

· Developing and approving an activation plan by schools for the academic year (activities and events, system services , specific services , other company products , creativity, and enrichment ) distributed over weeks.

· Follow up on the implementation of the activation plan with each school and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly/quarterly/final reports within the CRM

· At least one visit every week/two weeks to schools (Classera)

· Meeting online with schools once every week/two weeks (Class Lite)

· Ensure that schools complete system setups each academic semester/year

· Follow up on the activation of schools in each academic semester/year Including: adding new

students , linking parents , adding new users, deleting previous users , reconnecting the advisor and observer with the students, reviewing and adding teachers to the educational supervisor, materials “Ensure that materials are linked to templates - national and international - classes, time periods.”

· Matching the actual numbers in schools with the system and updating them periodically in the CRM

· Ensure the delivery of new students’ and parents’ accounts/ cards and text messages

· Scheduling and implementing refresher training for new employees (teachers, administrators) in coordination with the Training and Quality Unit.

· Make sure that the sender name in the SMS is intended for schools and not Classera

· Working in partnership with leadership teams in schools to implement continuous professional learning linked to current global best practices for technology integration

· Follow up on schools’ activation of all basic services ( digital content / assignments / tests / virtual classes and discussion rooms)

· grade reports , evaluations, calling parents, fingerprinting, and other services .

(Mobile application / custom libraries / certificates / achievement file / sms /assessment tools / assessments and questionnaires / virtual meetings /standardized tests / announcements / grade reports and other services)

· Submitting access and activation rate reports to school employees (students,teachers, administrators) for school management on a periodic basis (weekly /monthly / quarterly / quarterly / final)

· Follow up on schools’ activation of the initiatives and competitions offered by Classera

· Direct support to schools and problem solving

· Review technical support tickets from schools (daily)

· Referral of problems to technical support after the supervisor confirms that they cannot be solved, provided that a clear description of the problem is written, along with evidence and documentation of the actions taken by the supervisor that did not succeed in solving the problem.

· Determine the development requirements of schools and coordinate with the activation department to determine priority and raise it within the system.

· Preparing quarterly, quarterly and final reports

· Meeting with schools to present reports and take feedback to modify plans.

· Send visit or event reports with a copy to manage the activation and add it to the CRM.

· Follow up on schools to create a school account on the Apple Store, publish the mobile application designated for schools.

· Follow up on schools’ receipt of all contract type honors.

· Schools are delivered to the online activation supervisor , according to the approved

schools

· Add activities and tasks to CRM

· Increase customer satisfaction rate

· Direct responsibility for the customer’s renewal of the contract.

· Determine the needs of schools and then market the services of education partners to

schools.

· Attending and interacting with periodic and non-periodic meetings determined by the directors of the regions/regions/general administration

· Initiative and excellence in performing all tasks

· Supervising the implementation of the ERP system

· Inspire application

· Follow up on activating the educational mall application

· Follow up on the activation of education companies

· Follow up on the activation of new services such as the owner’s account, the kindergarten application, the augmented reality application, and other developments

· Writing and sending minutes of meetings with clients.

· Direct communication with owners, managers and project officials directly

· Any other tasks as directed by managers.

Skills needed for the position of Partner Success Supervisor (Activation Supervisor)

· knowledge B methods and strategies Education and e-learning .

· Ability to deal with e-learning platforms (LMS ) .

· Knowledge in project management .

· Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs

· Proficiency in e-learning management systems . Preferably someone with experience in the Classera system.

· Possessing exceptional communication skills .

· The ability to build relationships with customers and employees .

· Pedagogical knowledge.

Work requirements for the position of Partner Success Supervisor (Activation Supervisor)

· Experience (0 to 3 years) in Classra or any learning management system

· Practical experience in a learning management program

· College degree /bachelor’s degree in one of the technical fields, preferably e-learning

and distance learning specializations

· Demonstrate a high-level knowledge of how to apply learning management software to support

the teaching and learning process and the ability to influence school leaders to change their methodologies.

· Demonstrate high-level experience in managing supervised schools to achieve high-quality

activation results.

· Demonstrate high-level knowledge of data analysis and manipulation.

· Demonstratehigh-level written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including

the ability to develop constructive relationships with students, parents,teachers, school administrators , school owners, and other staff.

· Demonstrated ability to train and manage time for all categories of the system.

· Demonstrates commitment to ongoing professional learning of oneself and others To develop more skills, experiences and educational capabilities.

· Demonstrate the ability to work in a team spirit and bear work pressures.

· Full proficiency in Arabic and English.
