Job Title: Technical Manager – KSA

About the Role

We are looking for a strong Technical Manager to lead the technical planning, execution, and team coordination for a strategic project in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a hands-on leader who can bridge business needs with technical delivery, manage engineering direction, and ensure successful execution across systems, teams, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of the project from planning through execution.
• Manage and guide engineering teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear technical direction.
• Oversee system architecture, integration approach, and technical design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges, and drive resolution.
• Ensure best practices in software development, quality, security, and performance.
• Support resource planning, team coordination, and technical governance.

Requirements

• Saudi national.
• Proven experience in a Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in software delivery, system architecture, and cross-functional technical management.
• Experience managing engineering teams and coordinating with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, delivery processes, and technical operations.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical understanding with team leadership and execution ownership.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or government-related projects is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on national-scale, enterprise, or government programs.
• Exposure to complex integrations, platform delivery, and multi-team environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.
