Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to lead Classera’s growth in the government and corporate virtual training & upskilling market across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia and
Bahrain. The ideal candidate will drive business development, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and position Classera’s training solutions as the preferred choice for digital transformation in workforce development.
This is a quota-carrying role focused on strategic sales, consultative engagement, and long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan to grow Classera’s presence in the government and enterprise training sectors in Eastern KSA and Bahrain.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with ministries, government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and corporations.
- Position Classera’s virtual training, upskilling, and eLearning solutions as part of digital workforce development and transformation strategies.
- Conduct in-depth customer discovery sessions and align client needs with Classera’s capabilities in LMS, content, AI-driven learning, and analytics.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, ROI presentations, and proposals tailored to the training needs of each client.
- Collaborate with the presales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless engagement from lead to implementation.
- Track and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
- Represent Classera at regional conferences, expos, and government innovation initiatives.
- Stay informed about regional labor market trends, skill development priorities, and government training programsز
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, training, SaaS, or HR technology.
- Strong understanding of workforce development, upskilling/reskilling trends, and virtual training platforms.
- Experience dealing with public sector stakeholders, procurement processes, and corporate L&D teams.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Eastern Province of KSA, with regular travel to Bahrain.
