Partners Success Supervisor – Mid-Senior

Classera is looking for a Partners Success Supervisor – Mid-Senior to join our team in Riyadh.

The role will focus on managing partner relationships, supporting successful LMS adoption, and ensuring a smooth experience for educational institutions across the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support partner accounts within the education sector.
• Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and continuous usage of Classera LMS.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners and educational institutions.
• Follow up on partner needs, issues, and requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and partner satisfaction.
• Support training, enablement, and awareness sessions when needed.

Requirements:

• Saudi national.
• Based in Riyadh.
• 3+ years of experience in E-learning, LMS, EdTech, Partner Success, or Customer Success.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Previous client-facing experience within the education sector is preferred.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Classera LMS is a plus.
