Job Title: Senior HR ERP Implementer
Job Objective: Lead the implementation and optimization of the Human Resources module within ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements, HR policies, and best practices. Provide advanced support, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of user requirements and HR workflows.
- Lead system testing, validation, and quality assurance before go‑live.
- Deliver advanced training sessions and mentor junior team members.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Provide expert post‑implementation support and resolve complex issues.
- Document processes and establish best practices for ERP HR operations.
- Recommend and implement system enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate HR with other ERP modules.
Scope of Work within HR ERP:
- Employee data management
- Attendance and time tracking
- Leave and business trips
- Payroll and compensation management
- Employee requests and services
- HR reporting and analytics
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and HR modules
- Proven expertise in ERP project implementation methodologies
- Deep understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Experience with system integration and data migration
Personal Skills:
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead training programs and coach junior staff
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with strategic thinking
- Excellent time management and project leadership skills
- Adaptability to evolving systems and business needs
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field
- 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in ERP implementation, specifically HR systems
- Track record of successful ERP HR projects and client engagements
- English language reading & writing
Training & Certifications:
- ERP Implementation Fundamentals
- HR Management Systems
- Project Management or ERP specialization certifications (preferred)
Preference: Candidates with prior work experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
