DevOps Team Lead

Classera is looking for a strong, modern, and hands-on DevOps Team Lead to lead cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevSecOps, automation, scalability, reliability, performance optimization, and operational excellence across our SaaS platforms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• Strong leadership, ownership, and incident management mindset.
• Expert-level Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker production experience.
• Strong experience with:
• AWS / Azure / Oracle Cloud / GCP
• Terraform / Ansible / Helm
• Jenkins / Bitbucket Pipelines
• ArgoCD / GitOps
• Prometheus / Grafana / ELK / Loki
• Linux Administration
• Networking, WAF, VPN, Security Hardening
• DevSecOps and Zero Trust practices
• High Availability & Disaster Recovery
• CI/CD Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage DevOps operations and infrastructure.
• Manage production incidents, RCA, monitoring, and operational pipelines.
• Build and optimize CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and infrastructure efficiency.
• Improve system scalability, performance, reliability, and uptime.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve delivery and operational processes.
• SRE / Platform Engineering experience.
• AI-powered DevOps and observability experience.
• Experience managing high-scale SaaS environments.
