Role Overview
The Senior Account Manager – Partnerships & Growth will be responsible for driving commercial growth for C-Inspire and C-Inspire Plus by acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with schools, merchants, loyalty networks, and strategic partners.
The role focuses on achieving assigned revenue, partnership, adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction targets. This is a hands-on commercial role combining business development, account management, partner acquisition, and relationship management to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Achieve assigned revenue, sales, and partnership targets for C-Inspire and C-Inspire Plus.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of schools, merchants, loyalty networks, and strategic partners.
- Identify, negotiate, and close new partnership opportunities that support revenue growth.
- Prepare commercial proposals, partnership agreements, and business cases.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Convert qualified opportunities into signed and activated partnerships.
Merchant & Partner Acquisition
- Acquire and onboard merchants, retailers, voucher providers, and loyalty networks.
- Expand the C-Inspire merchant ecosystem across assigned markets.
- Negotiate commercial terms, discounts, commissions, and exclusive offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and ecosystem partners.
- Ensure successful activation and engagement of acquired partners.
Account Management & School Engagement
- Manage relationships with assigned schools, merchants, loyalty networks, and strategic partners.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Increase school adoption and engagement through regular communication, follow-ups, and account development activities.
- Drive partner retention and account growth through value-driven engagement.
- Support the resolution of partner and client issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty by enhancing partner experience and engagement.
Market Development & Expansion
- Identify and secure partnership opportunities that support the expansion of C-Inspire and C-Inspire Plus across target markets.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders within assigned territories.
- Identify new merchant categories, partnership opportunities, and growth channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and recommend growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product and R&D teams to communicate market feedback and partner requirements.
- Coordinate with Partner Success teams to support onboarding, activation, and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and partner activation activities.
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams regarding contracts, approvals, and commercial processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue, sales, and growth targets.
- Strong experience in partnership acquisition, relationship management, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience managing accounts, closing deals, and developing long-term business relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in partnerships, merchant acquisition, loyalty programs, rewards platforms, EdTech, FinTech, digital platforms, or marketplace businesses.
- Experience working with merchant networks, voucher providers, retailers, schools, or loyalty ecosystems.
- Exposure to GCC and MENA markets.
- Experience working in fast-paced growth or scale-up environments.
