Job Summary

We are looking for a Solution Architect & AI Services – Presales Consultant to support the presales, solution design, and technical advisory process for Classera’s digital learning, AI, and enterprise technology solutions.

The role will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing suitable technical solutions, preparing proposals and demos, and working closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales and business development teams during the presales cycle.
• Understand customer business needs, technical requirements, and project objectives.
• Design end-to-end solution architecture aligned with customer requirements.
• Present Classera solutions, platforms, AI services, and technical capabilities to clients.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, presentations, and scope-of-work documents.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, technical clarifications, and customer workshops.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain solution value from both business and technical perspectives.
• Recommend suitable AI services and digital transformation solutions based on client needs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, implementation, and project teams to validate feasibility.
• Support handover from presales to delivery teams after deal closure.
• Stay updated on EdTech, AI, SaaS, cloud solutions, and digital transformation trends.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, technical consulting, software implementation, or related roles.
• Good understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and customer-facing presentations.
• Strong knowledge of AI services, automation, digital transformation, or smart learning solutions is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with sales, product, engineering, and customer teams.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and implementation projects.
• Experience in EdTech, LMS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise software is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in EdTech, e-learning, LMS, or digital education solutions.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions, chatbots, analytics, automation, or recommendation engines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working on government, education, or enterprise projects.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
