Role Overview:
We are seeking a Channel Director / Senior Channel Manager to lead and expand our partner ecosystem. This is a strategic role focused on channel management and directing, with a strong emphasis on SaaS growth. You will design and execute partner strategies, build scalable programs, and ensure our solutions reach new markets through high‑performing channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive SaaS revenue.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable partners with training, tools, and resources.
- Direct channel programs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to maximize partner success.
- Champion innovation in channel operations using CRM, analytics, and automation.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 8–10 years in channel sales/partner management, with at least 2 years in a director or managerial role.
- Proven success in scaling SaaS solutions through channel ecosystems.
- Expertise in channel management and directing.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong skills in analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ability to deliver technical training and enablement programs.
