Job Summary:

We are looking for a Partners Success Supervisor to join our team in Egypt. The role will be responsible for managing partner relationships, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of Classera solutions, and supporting schools and educational institutions throughout their journey with the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support partner accounts within the Education Sector.

• Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and continuous usage of Classera LMS.

• Act as the main point of contact for partners and educational institutions.

• Follow up on partner needs, issues, and requests to ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver proper support and service quality.

• Monitor partner satisfaction and provide regular updates to management.

• Support training, enablement, and awareness sessions when needed.

• Identify opportunities to improve partner experience and platform adoption.

Requirements:

• Based in Egypt.

• 3+ years of experience in E-learning, LMS, EdTech, Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the education sector.

• Strong follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Classera LMS is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting schools, universities, or educational institutions.

• Good understanding of LMS implementation, user adoption, and training support.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up on operational requirements.
