Role Summary
Classera is seeking a passionate and analytical User Researcher to help shape exceptional user experiences across our EdTech and AI-powered products. This role is responsible for understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research, enabling product teams to make informed, data-driven design decisions.
The User Researcher will work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure customer insights are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Design and execute usability testing sessions for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user interviews, contextual inquiries, focus groups, and surveys.
- Develop personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and research reports.
- Identify customer needs, behaviors, motivations, and pain points.
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for Product and Design teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers during Product Discovery activities.
- Evaluate product usability and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with analytics teams to combine behavioral data with customer research.
- Present research findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Help establish research standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Build and maintain a research repository for continuous knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with UX research methodologies, tools, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Design, Sociology, Anthropology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in User Research, UX Research, Human Factors, or Customer Research.
- Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strong experience working with digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Experience working within Agile product teams.
