Job Summary

Classera is looking for a Senior Sales professional in Oman with strong experience in EdTech, LMS, Learning Solutions, or Education Technology.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the Oman market, managing B2B/B2G sales, developing government and education accounts, and driving revenue through consultative solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities across the Oman market.
• Build strong relationships with government, education, and enterprise clients.
• Identify and close new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Participate in tenders, RFPs, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver against assigned revenue targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to position the right learning and technology solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in EdTech, LMS, Learning Solutions, Education Technology, or related digital solutions.
• Strong B2B/B2G sales experience in Oman.
• Experience dealing with government, education, or large enterprise accounts.
• Strong knowledge of tenders, RFPs, and solution-based selling.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing complex deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Existing network within the Oman market is highly preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates coming from EdTech, LMS, training technology, school management systems, digital learning, or similar education solution providers are highly preferred.
