Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the UAE with travel across the region, for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, building strategic account plans, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. This role includes analyzing account performance, developing tailored solutions to meet client needs, and ensuring the seamless coordination of all touchpoints between clients and the organization. The role also requires maintaining strong communication with internal teams to align on initiatives and deliver on shared goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Account Management and experience managing Key Accounts
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to develop and implement client-specific strategies
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build long-term relationships
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with the energy sector or supply chain management is a plus
