What You'll Do?
- Menu Development: Creating and developing menu items that reflect the brand's identity, values, and target audience.
- Recipe Creation: Developing unique and innovative recipes that align with the brand's image and appeal to its customers.
- Food Styling: Ensuring that the presentation of the food aligns with the brand's aesthetic and standards.
- Brand Representation: Acting as a spokesperson for the brand in culinary events, media appearances, and collaborations.
- Quality Control: Maintaining the quality and consistency of the food across different locations or outlets.
- Training and Development: Providing training and guidance to kitchen staff to ensure that they understand and adhere to the brand's culinary standards.
- Collaborations: Collaborating with other chefs, influencers, or brands to promote the brand's culinary offerings.
- Market Research: Keeping up with culinary trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to ensure that the brand remains relevant and competitive.
What Are We Looking For?
- 10+ years of experience, with a focus on bakery/pastry and senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record in menu development, recipe creation, and food styling for premium brands.
- Strong leadership in training teams and ensuring quality control across multiple outlets.
- Experience in brand representation at events, media, and collaborations.
- Ability to drive innovation, stay ahead of trends, and maintain brand relevance.
- Excellent communication skills and expertise in food safety and regulations.

Recruitment Process and Timeline
• Application Review: Submit your application, and our talent attraction team will review your profile.
• Pre-Screening: If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a call from our talent team to discuss about the opportunity.
• Interview Process: If shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring/ operations managers and may need to attend one more round, which could include a trial at our kitchen or dine-in location.
• Offer Discussion: Upon successful completion of the interview & trial rounds, our recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer, post which, an offer letter will be released via email.
