What you'll focus on
Process Optimization & Documentation
  • Maintain documentation control by consolidating operating plans into a central database via the Change Request Form (CRF) process.
  • Review, update, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Translate warehouse layout improvements into technical drawings using tools like Draw.io or CAD.
Service & Compliance
  • Support initiatives focused on service improvement through detailed process documentation.
  • Assist Customer Service and Commercial teams in ensuring operational compliance for third-party or client audits, such as ISO audits.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
  • Develop and maintain a central knowledge base for warehouse troubleshooting.
  • Create training materials and independently conduct training sessions for warehouse personnel.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to country teams during process rollouts.
Project Management & Planning
  • Participate in key operational projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Support Operations in campaign planning by ensuring documentation, such as CT Link, is updated.
What you bring
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a continuous improvement role within a B2C supply chain or e-commerce warehousing environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping (BPMN method), technical drawing tools (Draw.io, CAD), and data governance.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, teaching & mentoring mindset, and excellent English & Filipino communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Willing to visit and engage with Locad warehouses.
