About the role
The People Operations Specialist (Employee Lifecycle Services) supports the delivery of seamless onboarding, offboarding, and employee transition experiences across Moniepoint’s global workforce.
This role ensures that every operational touchpoint — from pre-boarding to exit — is executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal policies and local regulations. You’ll work closely with the People Operations, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Finance teams to keep processes running smoothly and ensure every employee’s start and finish feels structured, efficient, and human.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding and offboarding tasks in line with established workflows, checklists, and timelines.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Finance to ensure timely provisioning of tools, documentation, and system access.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all lifecycle documentation is properly stored and compliant.
- Track and monitor onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure completion and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the preparation of employment letters, contracts, and confirmation documents.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder queries regarding onboarding or exit processes in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support for compliance checks, audit readiness, and reporting within the lifecycle function.
- Contribute to process improvement by sharing feedback and supporting automation or standardization initiatives..
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in People management, such as aPHRi or PHRI, is preferred.
- 3 - 4 years of HR or People Operations experience, with strong exposure to onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and documentation management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills
- Proven ability to design, document, and optimize operational processes.
- Experience in a multinational, fintech, or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Comfort working with digital tools and workflow automation platforms.
- Working knowledge of HR systems and automation tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP, Deel).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- You demonstrate growing independence and confidence in managing lifecycle workflows.
