Role: AI Growth Hacker

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp and scrappy AI Growth Hacker to bring ambitious growth and automation ideas to life at Nexford. You'll work directly with the CEO, growth marketing, and cross-functional teams to co-create and execute smart, tech-enabled solutions that drive real impact — fast.

You’ll contribute to shaping the "what" and the "why" behind automation and growth experiments — applying structured thinking to identify where AI and technology can unlock speed, efficiency, or scale. Once an idea is clear, you’ll take full ownership of making it happen — using tools like Replit, Lovable, Make, and ChatGPT to build, test, and iterate rapidly.

This role is for someone who thrives in the messy middle between ideation and execution — a builder who can think and a thinker who ships.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the CEO and team leads to identify high-leverage opportunities for growth and automation
• Help shape solutions through light design thinking: framing problems, asking the right questions, suggesting better approaches
• Use AI tools and automation platforms to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions
• Own the full execution cycle: from concept to working tool, script, or system
• Stay on the pulse of emerging tools and tactics to keep us moving faster and smarter

Who You Are

• 2–5 years’ experience in a fast-moving startup environment, ideally in growth, operations, or technical marketing
• Strong familiarity with AI and automation tools — Replit, Lovable, ChatGPT, Zapier/Make, Notion AI, etc.
• Basic working knowledge of Python and/or R is a plus — enough to adapt and run existing scripts
• Problem-solver at heart — structured thinker who’s also a hands-on doer
• Confident collaborating with leadership but just as comfortable rolling up sleeves and getting things done
• Super tech-savvy, independent, and resourceful — you know how to figure things out
