The Distribution Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding Paymob’s distributor network to ensure effective distribution of POS machines. The role focuses on building strong relationships with distributors, driving market coverage, and achieving distribution and sales targets, primarily in Assiut, Minya and Sohag.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and develop a network of distributors responsible for POS machine distribution
• Ensure distributors meet agreed distribution, sales, and coverage targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key partners
• Monitor distributor performance and provide regular reports and insights
• Identify new distribution opportunities and onboard new distributors when needed
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor market activity and distributor performance
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Proven experience managing third-party distributors or partners
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Experience in fintech, telecom, FMCG, or hardware distribution is preferred
