Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Performance & Commissioning Analyst to drive the accuracy, effectiveness, and strategic impact of our sales performance and incentive programs. This role plays a critical part in managing sales commissions, analyzing performance trends, and providing insights that support sales strategy and decision-making.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to ensure fair, motivating, and data-driven compensation and performance frameworks that support business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Senior Sales Performance & Commissioning Analyst to drive the accuracy, effectiveness, and strategic impact of our sales performance and incentive programs. This role plays a critical part in managing sales commissions, analyzing performance trends, and providing insights that support sales strategy and decision-making.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to ensure fair, motivating, and data-driven compensation and performance frameworks that support business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end sales commission processes, including calculation, validation, and payout accuracy
- Monitor and analyze sales performance vs. targets, quotas, and KPIs
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across performance and compensation systems
- Evaluate the effectiveness of commission plans and incentive programs; recommend improvements aligned with business goals
- Support sales planning cycles, target setting, and quota allocation
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR on performance reviews, compensation planning, and policy alignment
- Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
- Support automation and optimization of reporting and commission processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Performance, Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Strong experience in sales commission structures and incentive plans
- Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to leadership
