]The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management with an emphasis on upselling and cross-selling, aiming to maximize merchant value and drive revenue growth
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary point of contact for KSA merchants, managing accounts while being based in Egypt.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchant stakeholders to drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the KSA commercial team to align on account priorities, growth plans, and commercial initiatives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of merchant needs and recommend relevant solutions, upgrades, and premium offerings.
  • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize merchant value and revenue.
  • Present new product features and enhancements to help merchants optimize their payment operations.
  • Create and execute tailored account strategies aligned with merchants’ business and growth objectives.
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective account planning and commercial execution.
  • Track account performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve product adoption and conversion rates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding merchants on the best use of Paymob solutions within the KSA market.
  • Proactively manage and resolve merchant issues to ensure a seamless merchant experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to share merchant insights and support continuous product improvement.


REQUIREMENTS
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related commercial role, preferably within fintech, payments, or technology-driven environments.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to engage effectively with KSA-based merchants and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of fintech and payment solutions, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate Paymob’s products and value proposition.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage merchant relationships and drive revenue growth through structured upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business and market needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable account strategies.
