Job Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing team at Paymob. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our strategic and high-value merchants, ensuring their success while maximizing revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, commercially driven, and experienced in managing large accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and grow relationships with key and strategic merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts and handle all commercial and operational matters.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, upsell, and cross-sell Paymob products and services.
  • Monitor account performance and provide data-driven insights to improve merchant growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, product, finance, and support to resolve issues and enhance merchant experience.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to align on performance and future opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and report account performance, revenue growth, and pipeline opportunities.


REQUIREMENTS
  • 3–6 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partnerships.
  • Experience working with enterprise or large-scale clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
