]Job Purpose:
We are hiring a Partnerships Executive based in Egypt to manage and grow our existing partner portfolio in the UAE, The focus of this role is on activating partners, increasing their performance, and driving consistent merchant referrals and payment volume across our fintech products (POS terminals, online payments, and SoftPOS).
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing UAE-based partners
  • Drive partner activation and ensure consistent referral activity
  • Monitor partner performance (leads, conversions, transaction volume)
  • Conduct training and enablement sessions for partner teams
  • Support partners in converting leads into active merchants
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation
  • Identify underperforming partners and execute improvement plans
  • Building reports and ensuring partners payments are optimized
  • Maintain CRM updates and provide regular performance reporting


REQUIREMENTS
  • 2: 5 years experience in partnerships, account management, or B2B sales
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience working with channel or referral partners
  • Awareness and familiarity with new AI tools (Claude, Manus, Gamma, etc..)
  • Commercial mindset with focus on growth and performance
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across companies
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments is a plus
