Job purpose:
Business Operations Excellence spearheads process optimization and quality management initiatives. This position is designed for a meticulous professional who utilizes analytical insights to maximize organizational efficiency and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for re-engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes and implement changes.
- Develop and document new processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for operational activities.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and develop clear SOPs to standardize operations, define responsibilities, and ensure smooth execution.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective and scalable solutions and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in continuous improvement, business process re-engineering, or quality control roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in processing documentation and data analysis.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of SIX Sigma, TQM, and Lean Methodologies.
- Basic Knowledge about SQL, Power BI, HTML, React.
- Basic Knowledge about API, LLM and AI.
- Basic Knowledge about Front and Back End frameworks.
- Fluency in English.
