Job purpose:
As a Tele Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME merchants through phone-based engagement. You will build strong relationships with existing and potential merchants, understand their business needs, promote Paymob’s products and payment solutions, and drive revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling.
