Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, and marketing collateral.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer preferences, and industry trends. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and community management.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Website Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and user experience.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with other teams, such as sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven work experience as a Digital marketing specialist
Hands-on experience with content management systems
Proficiency in marketing automation technology
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey messages effectively.
Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content.
Proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting marketing metrics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, including content creation, data analysis, and campaign monitoring.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
